Cancellation policy
Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Processing’ (i.e. before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.”
Refund in case of Cancellation of an order:
Refunds will be issued in seven business days to the same ‘bank account / card / used for placing the order.
Exchange Policy
We don't have refund option. Customer can initiate exchange for product or size by sending an email to admin@beingwinged.com. Exchange request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:
Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
Tags should be intact
Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
Product(s) is/are not custom altered
- Unpacking video is must for damage, partial and wrong product received.
Customer will have to send parcel back to us.
Please note that reverse parcel take anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Exchange order will be processed ONLY after we receive customer’s parcel back and product(s) pass(es) the quality check. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Incase there is no reverse pickup available in your pincode, you will have to self ship the same to the address to provided by our customer support.
Size Exchange
We take great care in dispatching garments as per size mentioned in our size charts, incase you are having size issue you can place a exchange request here or contact us through our email at admin@beingwinged.com or reach us on phone via +919943200337.
Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items
We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.
Sale items (if applicable)
All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
